Day 1. Moscow: Arrival
Arrival in Moscow. Meet at the airport and transfer to your hotel. Guests arriving before check-in can store their bags at the hotel concierge.
Overnight in Moscow.
Day 2. Moscow: Panoramic City Tour
After breakfast, meet your guide in the lobby.
The half-day panoramic Moscow city tour will give you a glimpse of the main landmarks of the city, such as Red Square, Cathedral of Christ the Savior, the observation platform of Sparrow Hills, Lomonosov University, and more. There will be time for lunch.
In the afternoon, continue with a walking tour of the historic center of Moscow, including Alexander’s Garden, Moscow Kremlin, Red Square, St. Basil’s Cathedral, Lenin’s Mausoleum, and the State Historical Museum (all outside). You will also visit the historic GUM shopping mall.
An optional guided tour of the Kremlin is available.
Overnight in Moscow.
Day 3. Flight from Moscow to Murmansk. Aurora Hunting
Breakfast.
Transfer to the airport.
Flight from Moscow to Murmansk (SVO to MMK) around 11:15 AM – 2:00 PM.
Arrival in Murmansk. Meet at the airport and transfer to the hotel.
Afternoon: City tour of Murmansk, including visits to the city center, Alyosha War Memorial, Murmansk port with the Lenin icebreaker-museum, and other local attractions.
Evening: Proceed with the Northern Lights hunt*. The departure time will depend on the cloud coverage and activity forecast, typically between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Our guide/photographer will take photos during the tour, and a download link will be provided a few days after the trip.
Overnight in Murmansk.
Note: If the weather is unfavorable, such as a snowstorm or other conditions that prevent viewing the Northern Lights, the tour will be rescheduled for the following evening.
Day 4. Murmansk: Adventures and Activities
Breakfast.
Pickup from the hotel and transfer to one of the adventure parks, where you can enjoy a variety of activities, including a Sami ethnic program, taking photos in traditional costumes, visiting and hand-feeding reindeer, and tasting traditional fish soup and herbal tea.
Depending on availability and the season, options may include dog sledding and reindeer sledding.
Return back to the hotel.
Evening: Second Aurora hunting tour (arranged if the first trip is cancelled or unsuccessful).
Overnight in Murmansk.
Day 5. Murmansk: Optional Trip to Teriberka Village at the Arctic Ocean
Breakfast.
Today, you have the option to join a full-day tour to the remote Teriberka village (additional payment applies). Please note that this trip is weather-dependent, as access may be restricted due to heavy snowfall.
During this journey, you will explore the vast, treeless tundra and visit the haunting ship graveyard along the rocky coast of the Barents Sea. Discover the eerie old wooden houses of the fishing village, see the Wind Park, and admire the "Leviathan" skeleton. Enjoy the stunning scenery at the famous "Dragon Eggs" beach and take a leisurely walk along the Arctic Ocean.
Depending on conditions, you may also have the opportunity to join a boat trip to observe whales and dolphins in their natural habitat in the Barents Sea.

Day 6. Flight from Murmansk to St. Petersburg
Breakfast.
Transfer to the airport.
Flight from Murmansk to St. Petersburg (MMK to LED) around 11:40 AM – 14:00 PM.
Meet at the airport and transfer to your hotel. Guests arriving before check-in can store their bags at the hotel concierge.
Afternoon: At leisure. Optional sightseeing tours are available.
Overnight in St. Petersburg.
Day 7. St. Petersburg: Panoramic City Tour
Breakfast.
Morning: A half-day tour of St. Petersburg by car.
Explore the historic city center with stops at the most prominent sights, including Nevsky Prospect, Kazan Cathedral, Palace Square, the Winter Palace, St. Isaac’s Cathedral, St. Basil’s Island, and the Church of the Savior on Blood.
Take time for luxury shopping at the historic Eliseevs’ grocery store.
Afternoon: Optional walking tour of the Fabergé Museum.
Overnight in St. Petersburg.
Day 8. Fast Train from St. Petersburg to Moscow
Breakfast.
Transfer to the train station.
Experience a comfortable high-speed train journey between St. Petersburg and Moscow
Arrival in Moscow, meet at the station and transfer to your hotel.
Afternoon at leisure or shopping.
Overnight in Moscow.
Day 9. Moscow: Departure
Breakfast.
Transfer to the airport.
