Day 1. Moscow: Arrival
Arrival in Moscow. Meet at the airport and transfer to your hotel. Guests arriving before check-in can store their bags at the hotel concierge.
Overnight in Moscow.
Day 2. Moscow: Panoramic Tour and Red Square
After breakfast, meet your guide in the lobby.
Half-day panoramic Moscow city tour by car. You will have a glimpse of the main landmarks of the city, such as the Red Square, the Arbat, Cathedral of Christ the Savior, the observation platform of Sparrow hills, Lomonosov University, and more.
Time for lunch.
Continue with a walking tour of the historic center of Moscow: Alexander’s Garden, the Red Square, St Basil’s Cathedral, Lenin mausoleum, State Historical Museum (all outside), as well as Gum Department Store (visit).
Optional: Guided tour of Kremlin (closed on Thursday).
Overnight in Moscow.
Day 3. From Moscow to Murmansk: Aurora Hunt
Breakfast.
Transfer to the airport and domestic flight to Murmansk (ticket not included).
Arrival in Murmansk. Transfer and hotel check-in for 3 nights.
In the evening, head out to hunt for the Northern Lights*. Depending on the cloud coverage forecast, the tour departs between 7 and 10.00 PM – the best time for spotting the Northern Lights near Murmansk. Our guide/photographer will take care of photos and a download link will be provided within several days after the trip.
Overnight in Murmansk.
Note: If the weather is unfavorable and there is no chance to see the Northern Lights due to a snowstorm or other conditions, the trip will be rescheduled for the following evening.
Day 4. Murmansk: Teriberka Village and the Arctic Ocean
After breakfast, embark on a full-day Teriberka tour (~9 hours) *.
During this trip, you’ll see the endless tundra without any tree, ship graveyard at the Barents Sea rocks, eerie old wooden houses of Teriberka fishing village, Sand beach, “Leviathan” skeleton and many more.
Appreciate the stunning scenery at the famous "Dragon Eggs" beach and take a leisurely walk along the Arctic Ocean.
Time for lunch at one of the local restaurants (not included – choose and pay on the spot).
Optional: Join a boat trip to observe whales and dolphins in their natural habitat in the Barents Sea (additional payment applies, and advanced reservation is required).
Transfer back to your hotel.
Overnight in Murmansk.
Note: The Teriberka tour is subject to weather conditions. Access may be restricted due to heavy snowfall.
Day 5. Murmansk: Adventures and Activities
Breakfast.
Pickup from the hotel and transfer to Sami village or one of the adventure parks, where you can enjoy a variety of activities, including a Sami ethnic program, taking photos in traditional costumes, visiting and hand-feeding reindeer, and tasting traditional fish soup and local herbal tea.
Depending on availability and the season, options may include dog sledding or reindeer sledding.
Transfer back to the hotel.
Overnight in Murmansk.
Day 6. From Murmansk to Moscow
Breakfast.
Transfer to the airport for your domestic flight to Moscow (ticket not included).
Meet in Moscow and transfer to your hotel. Guests arriving before check-in can store their bags at the hotel concierge.
Overnight in Moscow.
Day 7. Moscow: Departure
Breakfast.
Transfer to the airport in time for your international flight.
