Day 1. Thursday

Arrive in St. Petersburg at any time.
Meet at the airport or train station by our driver. Transfer to 4* centrally located hotel.
Overnight at the hotel in St. Petersburg.

Day 2. Friday

09:00 - Meet our guide in the hotel lobby.
Depart for full day panoramic tour of St. Petersburg.
We will visit the Hermitage Museum, the most famous museum of Russia. Continue to Peter and Paul Fortress and Cathedral, the cradle of St. Petersburg and the final resting place of many members of Russian Royal Family.
Following traditional Russian lunch in a restaurant, we explore Nevsky Avenue, Vasilyevsky Island, Petrogradsky side, cruiser Aurora, St. Isaac Square, the Bronze Horseman monument and other historic sites and buildings.
Evening at leisure.
Overnight at the hotel in St. Petersburg. 

Day 3. Saturday

Following breakfast this morning we will visit Faberge Museum representing a collection of nine authentic Faberge Easter eggs, other jewelry pieces and Orthodox icons. Continue with a tour of Church of the Savior on the Spilled Blood, a beautiful multi-dome cathedral.
In summer season, we include a complimentary boat trip along the canals and rivers of St. Petersburg and in winter tea with pancakes.
Afternoon and evening at leisure or optional tours and visits (e.g. Catherine Palace, Peterhof Park, theatre).
Overnight at the hotel in St. Petersburg.

Day 4. Sunday

Transfer to the airport or train station in time for your plane or train.

The fortress was founded by Peter the Great in 1703 on Zayachy island, which is located on the Neva River.

We are now back at our home in Wales after travelling on from St Petersburg to Turkey for some (more) sunshine. i would like to say thank you for a very enjoyable experience in Russia.
